POTATO NAMELESS
It’s been soo long since I posted that I am wondering if I've not lost my followers.
I had a really busy week so it was straight to bed after work and I didn't even have the chance to look at my blog.
This past weekend I made a big pie. To be honest the filling was great but the crust I must confess was a bit too dry and crumbly. I have to try again and get the right combination to get the perfect pie crust before I can post the recipe. Till then I will leave you with this meal I made for my dad on Saturday he emptied his plate so i am guessing he enjoyed it and I hope you are also going to enjoy it. The only problem is that I don't have a brilliant name for it so lets call it Potato nameless for the mean time
