FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS
It been a long time… have you missed me? I have a lot of recipes and places to write about. Truth is I don’t really know where to start from. Ok let me start off with breakfast and work may way through the lunch tomorrow the dinner and desserts I have. This is a really simple dish. I got my inspiration from Dionne and Mona my friends from the university. D made me try this thing; the Ivoirians call it Dege (Pardon me if it has been misspelled). Mona also likes it. I think its popular in northern Ghana too but I don't know what it is called there. I didn't get the recipe from someone who makes it but from eating it, I figured it is made somehow like this so I tried it out this way and I loved it. It’s very simple, delicious and highly nutritious.
