ONE AND A QUARTER

I would have really enjoyed breakfast on Saturday. I made these and they were great, just that my kid brother had just returned home for vacation and he ate almost every one so I think I had one and a quarter. Anyway, I enjoyed it. Hope you do too. GLAZED DOUGHNUT Ingredients 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon Yeast 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk plus 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 egg yolks Vegetable oil for frying (Dried fruits; currants etc) Grape jelly Directions Combine flour, yeast, sugar salt and dried fruits (if using) in a large bowl.  Heat milk and butter to very warm. Add to flour mixture with egg yolks that have been beaten for about 2 minutes at low speed. You can add some more flour if dough is too sticky Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll out dough. ONE POT PASTA CASSEROLE

Hello everybody! It’s been too long of a beak and I am back. Promise never to desert you guys ever again. I hope this great, tasty, fattening meal will make it up to you. ONE POT PASTA CASSEROLE 2 Sausages Onion 2Tomatoes Pepper 2 Garlic Parsley Cheese Butter Pasta Green Pepper, Carrot and any other vegetable of your choice Salt Teaspoon sugar Mozzarella Cheese Chop one small onion and 2-3 garlic into tiny pieces Pulse two tomatoes Heat some butter, toss a half of the chopped onions and garlic in it and fry over medium heat for a minute and half. Dilute two tablespoons full of tomato puree with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or any other vinegar and 120 oz ie about 3 ladles of beef stock or water. Pour in tomato puree leave to cook for 5 mins then add the fresh tomatoes and the other half of the chopped onions and garlic and abut 80oz of water or stock. Add pepper, salt, some dried parsley and some black pepper (rosemary optional)....
